ENGINEER LEVEL VI | EBEAM LITHOGRAPHY HRL LABORATORIES LLC

Primarily responsible were; leading the interface between customers and the ebeam
module, supervising and educating junior staff, implementing process standardization
protocols, and resolving critical fabrication issues that affect project timelines and
outcomes.
I worked closely with customers to identify and resolve existing problems with fabrication
processes, document solutions, and keep constant communication/ updating customers.
Onboarding new projects, working with stakeholders to identify critical fabrication steps,
and ensuring solutions are in place before project roll-out, thus taking the necessary steps
to maximize success.
While at HRL I wrote and have been awarded a MTL (HRL internal) research proposal for
funding of junior staff to perform characterization of resists processes. This work has a
two-fold objective a) establish baseline data for the different resist processes used at HRL
(spin and contrast curves, PEC calibration) engage the junior staff in a project that has a
positive impact on their professional development and education.
